Proven property manager with a decade-plus of experience filling apartments, collecting rent, managing tenant and handing maintenance request and building repairs in a timely and cost efficient manner.

I'm here for the clients (Landlord/Investors) and the tenants. I'm fair and equitable, and I don't work for slum lords. I believe the key to steady rental income is long term tenants who pay their rent on time every month, the way to have that is to treat each tenant like a person and not a check. That said, for tenants who don't pay the rent on time every month: Late rent notices go out on the 5th. Eviction notices go out on the 10th.
